Offer and invoice creation: You create offers, invoices and supplements in our ERP system. Project-related correspondence: You relieve the project managers by creating, managing and tracking the project-related correspondence, such as defect displays, disability advertisements or general correspondence on instruction. Document management: You take over the structured placement and care of project-related documents and provide clear documentation. Data management & evaluations: You provide project-related data in our systems and provide simple overviews or evaluations to support project management. General office organization: You support the team in general organisational tasks and contribute to a smooth running of the office organization. Tracking of deadlines and tasks: You will keep an eye on important dates, deadlines, e.g. for billing and reimagining, and help the team organize projects efficiently. Communication: You opt to ensure smooth communication between all project participants.

Commercial background: You have successfully completed a commercial training or have a comparable qualification. Professional experience: Ideally, you bring first experience in assistance, project or office areas, also in a technical or design-oriented environment. IT know-how: You are safe to use the current MS Office applications and work quickly into new systems. Team skills & communication: You are strong in communication, like working in the team and actively supporting the organization of the project everyday. Working: You work structured, organized and reliable and keep track of multiple parallel tasks.
