As a service provider for energy supply companies, we support our customers to drive the energy transition and digitization. To further strengthen our teams at the Münster, Gera, Chemnitz, Essen, Heidelberg, Halle, Magdeburg and Walldorf sites, we are constantly looking for Expert specialist (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) in the back office in the energy industry Full-time or part-time, Germany You like working at home office? No problem! Although our name is Heidelberg, we – the hsag – are represented nationwide at various locations. However, our 600 employees enjoy the freedom to work where they feel the most comfortable. Depending on the project, operations can also take place locally with our clients. The agreement will be concluded individually with you.

Your future responsibilities include various tasks: accounting processes on the distribution and network side; or balance sheet (MaBiS) or Market communication - incl. data formats for processing market communication; or supplier change processes (GPKE/GeLi Gas) or changing processes in measuring (WiM) or Device management or a contract account or Energy data management (EDM) or Heating and operating costs accounting You work primarily with the SAP IS-U accounting system, but possibly also with the Wilken, kVASy, Lima, MBS, Powercloud or Schleupen systems. We presuppose prior knowledge – yet we offer you an integration into yet unknown systems.
