Co-responsibility for World Town House: Together with our leadership team, you are responsible for one of our largest stores. Team leadership & talent promotion: You lead and motivate our sales team and invest in the development of future executives. Sales analysis & optimization: You analyze sales figures and work on strategies to increase our sales and improve shopping experience. Business standards in mind: You make sure that our high standards of sales and customer service are always met. Assortments & Trade: You keep an overview of our assortments, analyze them specifically and control the merchandise industry using modern tools – in close coordination with the central purchase. Visual Merchandising: Through a creative implementation of our visual merchandising concepts, you are responsible for an attractive presentation of our products. Regular exchange: you are in continuous exchange with various departments in the central office to achieve the best results together.

Educational Way: You have a completed training or study and brings several years of experience as a floor manager or department manager. Personality: You are strong, think entrepreneurial and have strong analytical skills. Customer orientation: You are service-oriented and attach great importance to the fact that our customers are always satisfied. Own initiative: You will be happy to join and introduce your ideas to be successful together. Mode enthusiasm: Your passion for fashion and lifestyle is contagious and motivates you and your team.
