Team Leader - Gaming / Compatibility Testing (m/f/d)

About the position We are looking for a Floor Manager (m/w/d) that takes over the operational management of a student test team. Students perform daily Compatibility checks for games. Your task is to coordinate the process, set priorities and ensure the quality of the processes. You work close to the team, close to the product and close to the daily business. Gaming affinity is expressly desired.

Your tasks Operational leadership and support of the student test team Daily control, prioritization and ensuring a smooth process Instruction, incorporation and support of new team members Quality assurance of test processes and compliance with defined standards Monitoring progress and escalation in case of deviations Close cooperation with internal interfaces (test coordination, QM and development) Ensuring a motivating, clear and structured working environment Support in the further development of processes and process optimizations Hands‐on support in operational testing if required

Your profile Experience in coordination or leadership of teams (e.g. students, juniors, operational teams) Joy of work in the area and direct team management Structured, clear and solution-oriented operation Basic knowledge of quality management or process management High Reliability and Responsibility Gaming Affinity and Console Knowledge (Nintendo, PlayStation, Xbox etc.) Communication strength and sovereign appearance Very good knowledge of German and English Why this role is exciting You work directly at the interface between gaming and quality You lead a young, motivated team You actively shape processes You are close to the product and see daily results of your work
