Strategie & Analyse Social-Audits: You are analysing advertising accounts and ongoing campaigns, and it makes specific optimization recommendations. Strategy development: You develop social media and paid strategies, content ideas and editorial and budget planning for customers and the agency. Target group analysis: You are the first buyer personas to conduct industry and competition analyses and take over community management.

Customers & Accounts Customer Support: You enter customers autonomously, carry out Jour-Fix appointments, advise in the social field and develop existing customer relationships. Account Management: You set up social media accounts, plead them and solve account locks in cooperation with the platform support. Further development: You are driving current social standards, creating briefings for specialist departments and conducting internal and external workshops.

Tracking & Reporting Tracking: You set up Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio and common pixels (Meta, LinkedIn). Reporting: You'll start monthly reporting with Google Data Studio and guide strategic action recommendations for you and your customers. Data protection: You ensure that all tracking and campaign measures are implemented in compliance with data protection, and keeps in mind current requirements.

Qualification training: You have a degree or training in marketing and media. A comparable qualification also counts. Professional experience: You bring multi-year experience in social media management, ideally in the agency environment. Platform knowledge: You have well-founded practice with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. Organic and paid.

Analysis & Tools Campaign Control: You control paid campaigns independently, including targeting, budgeting and performance optimization. Tracking expertise: You will certainly serve Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio as well as popular pixels (Meta, LinkedIn Insight Tag) and customize them. Data: You conduct strategic action recommendations from KPIs and continuously optimize campaigns.

Communication & Personality Language Competence: You can communicate safely in German and English, in writing as oral. Customer orientation: You trust customers independently, conduct appointments confidently and advise in the social field. Strategic thinking: You recognize trends, think in strategies and develop concrete measures. Structure: You work independently, reliably and keep track of several customers.

Bonus-Skills Workshop Experience: You have already done workshops or trainings on social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn. CRO knowledge: Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization is a plus.
