We are looking for PreZero Stiftung & Co. KG

You actively participate in the design, implementation and continuous development of process and regulation management. You design and organize structures and company-wide processes nationally and internationally. You will advise the specialist areas and countries in the inclusion, modelling and improvement of relevant business processes. You act as a central contact person, consultant and trainer for our departments and internationally for our PreZero national companies. You are responsible for the training and mediation of a basic process understanding as well as methodological and technical skills for recording and mapping processes in the system. You carry out process optimizations and workshops with specialist areas and internationally with our national companies in order to increase our efficiency sustainably. You act internationally as a central interface between the departments and the IT department. You are responsible for the functional further development of the process management system (e.g. customizing or method adjustments) to ensure an optimal technical mapping of our processes. You work in national and international projects and take part in (partial) project responsibility. You define quality standards for modelling and ensure that these and set deadlines are adhered to by regular monitoring.

You have a successfully completed study of economics, economic engineering, business informatics or a comparable subject. You bring relevant professional experience in the field of process management, organisational development or a management consultancy. You are safe in handling common process modeling tools and can train others with your coach mentality in it. Experiences with the tool BIC Process Design are of advantage. A strong communication strength, a structured way of working, and a high customer and service orientation are what distinguishes you. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and are sure to deal with GWS or GWS. MS Office.
