Quality assurance in agile approach models (test processes for releases and continuous delivery). Technical and technical management of the entire release test cycle for a solution. Close cooperation with various employees in the programme or the solution, various departments, representatives and stakeholders from our areas. Active participation in the guild quality and ability of the Agilen teams to handle tools and methods in testing, test design, test data, test environment, test automation.

Complete study of mathematics, computer science or a related subject, but also completed vocational training with practical experience is welcome. Ideally three years of experience as an IT test manager or Scrum Master, with experience in agile developments. Good IT test management skills also like ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation levels, good analytical conceptual thinking. You keep you professionally fit and watch the market with regard to the meaningful further development of test topics (methods, tools, trends). Good communication and problem solving skills and critical thinking. Ability to adjust to changes, be proactive and take initiative. Reliability, independence, integrity, cooperation. You have knowledge of German and very good English (min. B2 level) and you like to work with international teams.
