Main tasks

Staff planning in the department

Professional leadership of the Quality Engineers Department

Employee assessment and assessment

Preparation and implementation of individual, group and result talks

Security:

that the quality requirement of the customer is met

Quality documents for internal and external use

product validation and process release

To ensure the transition phase between project and production

Quality documents for internal and external use such as control plan

and work instructions

Implementation of quality risk analyses and feasibility studies

Ensure PPAP processes run

Implementation and maintenance of databases with customer requirements 1. CSR (customer specific requirements)

Participation in the creation of the P-FMEA and responsibility for care in the case of complaint

Employee in solving problems of internal and external complaints (A3, 8D)

Creation and updating of PLPs, process flowcharts, test planning and participation in relevant work instructions

Training of employees with regard to fault images, changes to the test sequence etc.

Measurement and teaching concepts, test equipment planning and inline measurements

Planning and implementation of relevant quality audits

Coordination of unplanned post-work actions

Evaluation of process data as well as preparation of evaluations / diagrams

Knowledge and training Graduate degree in engineering or comparable qualification

Multiannual experience in the automotive sector and quality assurance required

Knowledge of quality standards and systems in the automotive sector (for example IATF16949 and VDA 6.3)

Experience in cooperation with customers and suppliers

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and team skills

Safe handling of quality tools and methods (FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, 8D-Report)

readiness for occasional missions and flexibility in working time

Very good knowledge in the field of QM planning, in the automotive/subcontracting industry

Knowledge of the software used in the company (MS Office, Outlook, relevant SAP modules, etc.)
