You're expecting

• An attractive monthly wage between €2800 - €4200, which rewards your valuable educational work accordingly
• A start premium of €300.00 to give you a motivating start to your activity
• An unlimited employment contract in full time or according to your personal needs, for long-term security and stability
• Up to 30 days vacation per year to ensure your recovery

That's what you bring

• You have a completed training as an educator (m/w/d) or a social pedagogical assistant (m/w/d) or a comparable training in the educational field
• First experiences in the cribs – or elementary area of advantage, but also professional beginners are welcome with us
• Feeling and sensitive to other people
• Certain and reliable in taking responsibility
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication
• Passionate and engaged in your work
