As a medium-sized telecommunications company, we have been a firm size in the IT industry since 1998. Our service portfolio reflects the entire range of value chain: From the construction to the operation of its own network infrastructure, the DNS:NET group offers a wide range of applications for specialists, all-rounders, cross-entryers and trainees.

You translate business requirements into precise, usable specifications for our development team. Our system landscape is diverse – from the core system in the OSS/BSS environment to internal portals and interfaces. A lot of them we are making fit for the future: modernizing, refactoring, improving test coverage and security, and increasingly developing AI-assisted. You have developed yourself and therefore know what distinguishes a good requirement from a wish list. You report to the Head of Development and work closely with departments, IT and CIO.

What we need

Recording requirements from the disciplines, professionally and technically challenging and converting them into unique, testable specifications – so precise that You could also be implemented by AI agencies structuring, prioritizing and controlling the implementation up to acceptance Quality assurance: Define test cases, reduce implementation, keep feedback loops short Upgrading our growing system landscape with advance – understanding old systems, uncovering dependencies, renewing into implementable steps Technical coordination of cross-disciplinary topics at the interface of development, IT infrastructure and application landscape

Multiannual own experience in software development – you can read code, understand data models and assess technical feasibility yourself Experience as a technical product manager, technical PO, requirements engineer or in a comparable role at the interface Detectable strength in writing precise, complete specifications – detail is not a Nice-to-have openness to AI-based development approaches; practical experience with this is a plus Communication strong enough to explain disciplines a well-founded ''No'' German and English each fluent and precise (C1) – our departments work in German, our Dev team in English, and your specifications must work in both directions without information loss
