Project Staff Customer Center (m/f/d)

You support our external partners (m/w/d) and colleagues on site at various locations in sales and service issues You conduct and organize training and support us in the creation of training materials You personally advise our passengers in our sales offices in all tariff and service questions, by telephone and in writing and selling tickets You accept service-related customer requests based on service, collect them administratively and tax them up to the final processing of customer requests You support and optimise processes for our customer center You carry out quality control and support the customer advisor (m/w/d) on site

You have completed professional training, preferably as a travel agent (m/w/d) or a merchant (m/w/d) for transport services Professional experience in project work and very good knowledge in public transport (ÖPNV) are a key part of the activity You can safely handle common office programs You have an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working with a high degree of self-initiative and sense of responsibility You have communication strength, service orientation and pronounced social competence Willingness to mobility and flexibility to maintain different locations, partial work in layers and on weekends, complete your profile You have a class B licence and with your car you can reach the different locations in the area of the client Go-Rheinland, as well as occasionally to Nordhessen and Rhineland-Palatinate by prior arrangement (neutral utility vehicle is provided, also for private use)
