BG Traumklinik Frankfurt am Main Treatment Full time, now Senior Consultant (m/w/d) As a supra-regional, accident-surgical trauma center with 376 beds, the BG Traumklinik Frankfurt am Main provides eleven specialist departments and numerous special ambulances over 10,000 stationary and – in common with its subsidiaries – approx. 72,000 outpatients per year. With about 5,000 operations annually, the BG Traumklinik Frankfurt am Main is one of the largest in Hesse. The clinic is a member of the trauma network Hessen Süd and the location of the rescue helicopter Christoph 2. Qualified doctors, nurses and therapists ensure the best care for patients suffering from accidents. You ensure 24 hours of highest level coverage for all patients, regardless of their insured status. The clinic specialises in trauma surgery, orthopaedic surgery, spinal cord injuries, sports orthopaedics, knee and shoulder surgery, plastic, hand and reconstructive surgery as well as foot surgery. It also maintains a department for Septic Surgery and a centre for spinal surgery and neurotraumatology. The overall offer is complemented by stationary and outpatient rehabilitation.

You represent the therapy director during their absence and ensure the continuity of all management tasks In constant consultation with the therapy director, you actively promote the further development of innovative therapy concepts, digital or hybrid offers and modern workflows You assume responsibility for leadership, control targeted personnel development and design strategic organisational planning in the area of responsibility You ensure high treatment quality in the BG healing process and continuously develop quality management and processes You promote efficient, cross-disciplinary cooperation with the teams of medicine, care, administration and other professional groups You conduct complex, therapeutic projects and accompany future-oriented change processes throughout the clinic You are actively involved in the efficient planning, control and monitoring of resources and the budget in the field of therapy

You have completed your studies in therapy sciences (physiotherapy or ergotherapy, logopedics or sports sciences) A successfully completed business management study is desirable You bring multi-year professional and leadership experience in the therapeutic or clinical environment with You have a well-founded knowledge of healthcare structures and a pronounced analytical and economic thinking You lead employees to esteem, convince by a charismatic, self-confident appearance and have no bareness to actively resolve conflicts You are characterized by a high degree of readiness, flexibility and a pronounced solution-oriented hands-on mentality You possess strategic competence for interdisciplinary cooperation, are strong in communication and bring experience in holding lectures with
