In this versatile position, you take responsibility for day-to-day business in purchasing and contribute significantly to ensuring a smooth supply of materials Own-responsible handling of the operating purchasing process (orders, time tracking, order confirmations) Monitoring of delivery dates and safeguarding material availability Communication with supplier incl. Offer requests and clarification of technical and commercial topics Implementation of the cost-efficient, timely and quality-oriented material disposition in SAP incl. Editing the MRP list Price negotiations within the defined framework as well as processing of exceptions (storno, shift, acceleration) Control of delivery schedule calls and active change management as well as support for strategic purchasing in achieving cost targets As a competent main contact partner (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for miscellaneous management, you participate twice a week at the Shopfloor Meeting and work with other specialist departments

Successfully completed technical or commercial training with further training or studies in the field of BWL/economy engineering Multiannual experience in operational purchasing / disposition of a mechanical engineering company Advantageous knowledge of the disposition of electrical and electronic components or steel components Very good SAP knowledge, ideally experience in the introduction of S/4HANA and as a key user Self-confidence, enforcement and team skills Quick conception and structured working also in complex topics Very good knowledge of German and English as well as safe handling of MS Office
