Strategic orientation and cooperation: You are significantly involved in the strategic orientation of the Rommelag CDMO and work closely with the development, sales and Rommelag CDMO Switzerland. Take a key role in the recovery and processing of inquiries for new products. feasibility and cost-effectiveness assessment: You evaluate feasibility, cost-effectiveness and capacity for new products, including the relevant internal areas. A special focus is on standardization and profitability in the development of new products. Threat assessments and effort determination: You start risk assessments for new products and drive the further development of the effort determination. Supply Management and Project Transfer: You support the creation of offers and Letters of Intent, check them, track them and adjust them if necessary. After an order, you will transfer the projects to the relevant project managers for customer projects. You plan, organize and accompany trade fair appearances as well as visits to interested parties and customers. Contribution to further development: With your commitment and expertise, you are a key contributor to the further development and success of the Rommelag CDMO.

Professional qualifications: You have a scientific degree, complemented by a well-founded knowledge of drug production or similar industries. Your understanding of manufacturing and testing processes as well as for validation and qualification requirements is comprehensive and practical. Language and communication skills: You are safe in German and English and convince by your clear and targeted communication. Personal strengths: You are characterized by a high self-initiative, resilience and flexibility. Your work is independent and solution-oriented, while team skills and negotiation skills are your core competencies. Network and customer orientation: You are delighted to build and maintain a strong network of customers, decision-makers and internal contacts. Mobility: You bring the willingness to regularly travel internationally to successfully implement your tasks.
