BIM Planning Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your mission – diversity instead of unity As a BIM planning coordinator (w/m/d), you are the central interface between planning, execution and contracting entities. Your work decides whether complex construction projects are implemented smoothly, on time and on budget – thus carrying out You will contribute directly to the success of our buildings. Coordination and quality assurance of BIM models across all performance phases. Development and maintenance of BIM processing plans (BAP) in close coordination with project management and specialist planners. Implementing model tests (e.g. collision tests with Solibri or Navisworks) and deriving measures. Support of the specialist planners:inside in modelling and data structuring. Organisation and moderation of BIM coordination sessions – both internal and external partners. Further development of our internal BIM standards and workflows.

Your profile – Not from the bar Technically versed – completion as an architect (w/m/d), civil engineer (w/m/d), construction engineer (w/m/d) or training as a building designer (w/m/d) with professional experience. Industriekenner & Durchstarter – You have experience in BIM planning and coordination, ideally in high and industrial construction, or you want to start right after first practical experiences or your studies. Digital affinity & future-oriented – you are fit in Microsoft Office, design-specific applications and CAD programs, ideally iTWO and Revit and have a good understanding of BIM methods. You as a personality – your “safe something” Structured & solution-oriented – independent working with the aim of finding efficient solutions. Communicative & Teamwork – You can understand complex technical content and enjoy interdisciplinary cooperation.
