Management (m/f/d)

As managing director*in (m/w/d), you manage the Studierendenwerk according to economic principles while respecting common-good criteria and representing it to the outside. You maintain and develop the networks at university locations and work closely with student representations, university management and regional institutions as well as political decision-makers. In addition to ensuring high-quality services, you are responsible for the strategic development of the company in constructive cooperation with the Board of Directors. In the continuous optimization of processes and necessary investments, you always have a view to the balance of sustainable, ecological and economic aspects.

You have completed their studies preferably in the fields of economic, legal or social sciences You already have several years of leadership experience with economic responsibility in a similar multi-layered organization, as far as possible in the social economy Your strong interest in process optimization, organisational and personnel development, digitalization and the implementation of construction and renovation measures will accompany your previous professional development You are a communicative, empathic and competent personality The appraisal handling of employees of all levels and the students is of course a team player
