The life-world-related daily structure is a demand-oriented, flexible and individual day care for the people with challenging behavior. The behavioural vulnerabilities of the participants are manifested by impairments from the areas of the autism spectrum, communication, affect control and compulsion.

The aim of the professional accompaniment in the daily structure is to enable participants to participate in community, education and employment.

What you do good

• They enable participants to participate in community, education and employment and to organise and answer group-related and individual day-structuring educational and employment opportunities

• You develop structuring and visualization aids and use them in practice, for example, you work according to the TEACCH concept

• They are responsible for the development of personality, the planning of participation and documentation of the actions carried out

• They provide training as a specialist with as a curative teacher, social pedagogue, nursing or comparable qualification

• You know the rights of people with disabilities and are committed to them
