In the Städtische Eigenbetrieb Disabled Assistance (SEB), in the nursing service of the Dahlienstraße residential home, a job is to be taken as Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) for children and young people in intensive care (in full time and part time).

Up to 14 seats are available for children and young people with mental and/or severely handicapped persons and a special need for special medical observation or other intensive medical services in the Wohnheim Dahlienstraße . From birth to completion of the 18th century A care team with more than 38 nurses is available for children and adolescents. In addition, we are responsible for further medical care services in the house and assist in the care of medical emergencies.

What your tasks are:

• Through your sensitive care of our children and adolescents with mental and physical disabilities, you contribute to the fact that they feel at home with us.
• They take over basic and treatment care activities for our intensive care children and adolescents, such as tracheostoma, PEG, PEJ, and are responsible for drug delivery and wound care.
• They take over the general and special medical observations, for example the vital values and the fluid balance.
• They support the support team in implementing individual funding plans.
• You document your activity using our PC programs.
• They implement our quality standards and contribute to the further development and safeguarding of these
