Architect in construction and real estate management (m/f/d)

You develop and plan innovative, future-oriented usage concepts in the sense of New Work for our corporate real estate You optimise existing land uses, first plan area requirements and accompany the subsequent implementation processes You take responsibility for managing projects, including all related tasks, decisions and responsibilities You commission, coordinate and control external planning offices and ensure a smooth process in all phases of the project You continue to develop design and equipment guidelines and thus ensure a consistent and high-quality external effect of the company

Complete Bachelor, Master or Diploma degree in Architecture Long-term, relevant professional experience as project managerin (m/w/d) or architectin (m/w/d), ideally in the planning and implementation of new work concepts and in area management Experience in the professional leadership and control of interdisciplinary teams from architecture, interior design, change management and communication Safe handling of MS Office applications and confidentiality with HOAI, VOB, BayBo as well as the relevant building rights bases and DIN standards of construction Ideally versiertheit in handling CAD programs (e.g. AutoCAD) and AVA software (e.g. Avanti) Impressed conception, solution-oriented thinking and action as well as a high degree of initiative and willingness to use Responsibility, team skills and independent and systematic work Safe presentation and a pronounced communication capability Ownership of a valid class B driving licence Language level German: at least C1 for successful cooperation
