For our customers in Schwarzheide we are looking for an electrician / an electrician with test permission (m/w/d). The focus of the position is on the implementation and documentation of electrotechnical tests and on versatile tasks in the technical building service. Together with the team, they ensure a safe and proper condition of the technical facilities and properties.

♪ Your future task:

• Conducting electrical tests according to DGUV Note 3
• Testing of local electrical equipment and equipment
• Documentation and labelling of the tests carried out
• Detection and evaluation of deficiencies and introduction of necessary measures
• Implementation of smaller electrotechnical maintenance, repair and maintenance work
• carry out regular inspections and verification of the technical building condition
• Real Estate support for technical tasks
• Coordination and support of external crafts and service companies
• Support in the testing of ladders, treads and small stands
• compliance and monitoring of applicable safety, work and quality standards
• Documentation of the work carried out and coordination with the relevant contact persons

Your profile for the electrician / electrician with test permission (m/w/d) – from 17,00 €/h:

(m/w/d), Elektroinstallateur (m/w/d), Industrieelektriker (m/w/d), or comparable qualification

• Permission or corresponding qualification for performing electrical tests according to DGUV Note 3
• Experience in testing electrical equipment and equipment desirable
• Ideally qualifying as a qualified person for testing ladders, treads and small stands
• Experience in technical building service or facility management of advantage
• Craft and technical understanding
• Safe handling of standard testing and measuring instruments
• Good knowledge of current MS Office applications
• Self-employed, careful and responsible work
• Excellent safety and quality awareness
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Mobility to carry out work on the premises
