Do you want to work where service providers are at home – Im adidas Home Ground in Herzogenaurach? Then, as a team leader, you will be responsible for housekeeping (m/w/d) for a strong team and a perfect environment for guests, athletes and employees.

Quality control: You guide and motivate your housekeeping team and ensure that cleanliness and well-being atmosphere are guaranteed at the highest level Customer support: As a central contact person, you will ensure a frictionless cooperation with our customer Documentation: Important information and data are always up-to-date – all processes remain comprehensible Team management: You run housekeeping staff, plan working hours and bets, support your team operationally if necessary and agree with the section management on personnel issues Contract management: Support for wage and hourly bills as well as the compliance of statutory provisions round off your task profile Maintenance: For individual applications, you will work in maintenance cleaning and strengthen the entire team Working hours: Mainly from Monday to Friday, with occasional operations at the end of the week

Housekeeping experience: You already have experience in housekeeping and ideally a further education in the field of management or business (e.g. in nutrition and care management) Professional experience in housekeeping or in a similar industry is of advantage, but no need Organizational institution: You keep the overview, set priorities and find solutions quickly First leadership experience in the management of a team or the desire to further develop your leadership skills Communication strength and conflict resolution: You occur safely, communicate clearly and master challenging situations with sensitivity Service-oriented and stress-resistant: customer satisfaction is the first place for you – even in stressful moments, you can keep calm and overview
