Support in recruiting trainees and students Applicant management, including communication with applicants and specialist departments Own organisation and execution of pupil internships Active participation in training fairs and support in the implementation of applicant training in schools Working in the field of personnel development, for example in the planning and organisation of our internal trainings Support for day-to-day business

Studies in the field of business, economics or comparable degree course, ideally with a focus on personnel Good knowledge of current MS Office programs Structured and independent working and organisational skills Own initiative and good communication skills Good knowledge of German and English
