Responsibility for a future cross-platform lethality concept (effector mix) Coordination and negotiations with the representatives of the customer on the topic of Effectorik regarding requirements and architectures Processing and formulation of subcontracts to specific effector experts Working in an Expert Working Group with Customer Representatives formulation of system requirements based on higher-level customer requirements and decomposition of system requirements in requirements for effectors (subsystem requirements) together with the Product Development Cooperation with the relevant Lethality Experts Participation Project reviews with focus Lethality

Complete technical studies Experiences/knowledges in system development (processes, procedures) Product knowledge of effectoric in width (from the tank cannon, secondary armoring to C-UAV) or in depth with the willingness to learn more dimensions Knowledge of the impact of effectors for various goals and Combat Modes Open exchange of information and networking with key players in the field of Effectorik in the Group (for technical depth) Representative communication skills and negotiation security with readiness to network and proactive hands-on mentality Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, French knowledge is advantageous
