Here I think in a central interface function as the first Contact person at my regional location internally and externally all threads together.

This makes this job interesting for me: “KeepTheLightsOn” is an important internal attitude of our colleagues in the Regional centres in the area of Onshore network operation. I like responsibility and I want to be active in the implementation of the tasks in the Regional Centre South to engage. When one asks me one day where I was when the I would like to say: “mittendrin”!

My tasks:

· I manage dates for executives and employees Regional center South, · I organize meetings, workshops, seminars and events and take over the protocol, · I receive and serve our visitors at the Bad location Lauchstadt, · I am responsible for commissioning, billing and Completion of various procurement procedures and Services, e.g. for office and consumables, seminars or IT hardware and software, · In special situations I work with management and support in the planning of business trips in Germany and abroad, · I proactively care for strengthening team spirit and cohesion in the regional centre.

My skills:

· Successfully completed commercial vocational training, · professional experience in a comparable environment, · Versified handling of MS Office, · Organizational talent, a structured working and proactivity, · Embossed communication skills and solution orientation and Liability, · Very good German knowledge (C1) and good English knowledge (B1-B2), · Class B driving licence.

No need, but of advantage:

· SAP knowledge, · Willingness to travel short (in individual cases with Overnight stay).
