Plant Manager (m/f/d)

You assume the overall responsibility for the smooth operation of the plant and ensure that all production processes run efficiently and without interference. You are responsible for compliance with all quality requirements and objectives, as well as for hygiene, occupational safety, energy and environmental regulations throughout the responsibility. As a manager, you are responsible for the management of all associated employees and ensure a functioning organization of the structure and the process. You choose, qualify and motivate your employees and promote their further development. You ensure a functioning investment and maintenance management while ensuring compliance with the specified budgets. In the sense of the company's sustainability strategy, you can handle materials and energy in a resource-saving manner. In addition, you consistently implement key requirements from the specialist areas. The planning and implementation of investments is also one of your core tasks. Finally, ensure compliance with the business obligations under the Industrial Protection Act.

You have completed their studies with a focus on milk and nutrition, or in the fields of mechanical engineering, process engineering or production technology. You bring several years of professional experience in the fields of production and technology. Knowledge of cheese production is advantageous. You have well-founded knowledge of AEVO and the legal bases of food law and have experience with Operational Excellence. Very good English skills in word and writing are of course for you. You are characterized by strong analytical skills, pronounced process understanding and communication and enforcement strength. A high quality awareness, target and solution orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting round off your profile.
