Head of Department ''IT Architecture'' (m/f/d)

WIR ensure the central IT organization for justice in the Land of Brandenburg and supervise at the locations Potsdam, Brandenburg a .d. H., Cottbus, Neuruppin, Frankfurt (Oder) the information technology of about 75 authorities with 93 technical locations, 266 court halls and over 5,500 users. Our tasks are the introduction and operation of the eAkte in the courts, prosecutors and in the execution of justice, and the creation of the infrastructural prerequisite for eJustice.

Your tasks are Heading and building of IT architecture, including professional leadership, organisation and strategic development Development and updating of IT target and reference architecture as well as definition of architectural principles and technical standards Architectural consulting and project management, examination of technical concepts and approval of architecture-relevant decisions Ensuring technical consistency and interoperability between specialist procedures, basic services and infrastructure services Creation of decision-making templates and strategic consulting of the department and administration Representation of ZenIT in professional bodies and federal-state working groups

Your profile indispensable technical requirements: successfully completed studies in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information and Communication Technology, IT Security/ Cyber Security or a comparable course of study with predominantly IT-technical priorities comprehensive and proven knowledge (product of work) in IT architecture, in particular in the fields of application, data, infrastructure and integration architecture safe handling of architectural frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Archimate) or demonstrable (by certificate) experiences in structured architectural work Experience in cooperation with external service providers, ability to conduct an interdisciplinary team (detection through work certificate) Exceptional conditions high level of responsibility strong ability to analyze complex technical relationships high communicative competence, especially for heterogeneous stakeholders (Ministry, bodies, manufacturers, departments) Ability to conceptual work (target images, standards, guidelines, decision templates) good knowledge of German in word and writing Car driver's license and willingness to travel within the state of Brandenburg and Berlin desirable: good knowledge of IT service management (according to ITIL), especially in change, configuration and incident management Experience in project management (planning, control, architectural releases, risk analyses) knowledge of information security, ideally based on BSI basic protection; Experience in evaluating technical concepts, creating architectural decisions and analyzing complex system landscapes
