The emergency reception of the Vivantes Auguste-Viktoria Clinic is the central point of contact for all emergency patients. With around 55,000 treatments annually, two shock rooms, an intervention room, a gypsum room and 45 treatment sites, the interdisciplinary rescue facility offers a highly dynamic environment. The area is supplemented by an integrated emergency briefing (INKA) with six beds for immediate acute care.

Priority, initial assessment and organisation of further care of emergency patients Ensuring a timely, professionally informed and patient-centric acute care Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, head offices and clinical departments Participation in the further development of the rescue and INKA as well as optimization of existing processes Participation in shift services and call readiness as well as optional participation in the NEF service

Medical training in internal medicine or general medicine, earliest from the 13th training month Knowledge of general and specific diagnosis and therapy of emergency medicine Empathic, responsible and team-oriented work in an interprofessional environment Safety in the care of a wide range of emergency medical patients and good computer skills High social competence, organisational and communication skills as well as decision-making and reliability Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
