As HR Business Partner, you are a savings partner (m/w/d) for our specialist and executives in food retail. You understand yourself as a HR all-rounder and pulsator and offer a strong advice on personal and leadership issues through your wide-ranging experience. The personnel processes are continuously developing and value the role as a bridge and interface between the headquarters in Kiel and your care area. With the internal specialist departments, the committees of employee representation and the management circle you live a constructive and valuable cooperation. You accompany change processes, moderate workshops and working groups and ensure that legal, business and economic factors as well as a value-adding corporate culture are the focus of each decision-making process. Voting requirements and information from the central personnel department communicate to your support area and identify support and process optimization opportunities for your local partners. The talent management and succession planning are just as important as the further development of our corporate and leadership culture. You therefore support our managers in selecting and implementing appropriate measures.

With a completed study of business management, psychology or law, or comparable commercial training with a focus on personnel, business psychology or labour law, you are well prepared for the future tasks. You have multi-year, generalistic professional experience in the HR environment, ideally with retail reference. You are distinguished by a pronounced readiness to travel and are located in the branches of your care area. Your good feeling for people and situations, loyalty, as well as diplomatic skills in cooperation with different interest groups and a high service orientation makes you an estimated respondent at all hierarchy levels. You are very well organized, have a self-certificate appearance, a good judgment and an extremely independent way of working. Your well-founded work and personal knowledge makes it easy for you to evaluate facts and find pragmatic solutions.
