Senior IT-Architekt im Fileservice (m/w/d)

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,000 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. Senior IT-Architekt im Fileservice (m/w/d) from now on and in full time in Munich as an alternative nationwide at one of our BWI locations. Shared Service Delivery (SSD) is responsible for service design, service development and provision of all end-user, data centers & cloud infrastructure as well as BWI service communication services. It provides predominantly standardized service solutions for customers. Point of Delivery 2 is responsible for the development and integration of IT services in the sense of “Ready for Service” and ensures the development of functional, accessible, reusable services in accordance with BWI’s portfolio strategy. You can work for about 50% from the home office.

Co-responsibility for the planning, design, and implementation of solution architectures for file service and their further development

Analysis of the architectural requirements of our customers and ensuring an integrated architectural design with respect to service quality and operability

Takeover of the complete Service Lifecyle incl. maintenance, care and optimization, problem and change management

Control and coordination of releases in conjunction with change and configuration management Technical development, integration and testing of complex IT solutions Knowledge building and management, Know How Transfer in the field Development and implementation of optimization measures Participation in the creation of information security concepts Team-oriented, cross-organisational cooperation with the other BWI units and stakeholders

Successfully completed studies with IT reference or comparable training coupled with a professional experience (> 5J)

Very good knowledge and experience about Microsoft Windows File Service, MS Active Directory, DNS, DFS, Virtualization and Containerization

Found experience and knowledge in the design and implementation of MS File Service in Enterprise environments

Knowledge and experiences about Power Shell

Good knowledge of BSI Grunschutz and ITIL-Foundation certification desirable

Good experience and knowledge in the specification, design, development and modelling of IT architectures

Team-oriented, cross-organisational cooperation with the other BWI units and stakeholders

Care, initiative and customer orientation

Flowing German knowledge in word and writing as well as good technical English
