You, as a team leader support (m/w/d), and your team assists our customers in ensuring their goals through an ergonomic, trouble-free and everyday work environment for their employees - by finding solutions for problems and irregularities with our LYDIA-Voice products. You and our claim: A service that feels like a Sunday morning. THE ASSESSMENTS - This will make you do something They lead and develop your 9-strong team of professionals and trainees. In addition to the leadership of the team, you will work with you, drive changes ahead, set priorities and make our customers satisfied with excellent service. Together with your team, you will answer questions from our customers and solve the problem as soon as possible (e.g. by analyzing log files). You know the importance of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and ensure their compliance. You have a vigilant eye on ongoing customer systems, keep an overview and initiate measures if the situation requires that. They question processes critically, check optimization potentials, guide action recommendations and implement them independently.

You have already gained some practical experience in customer support. A theoretical basis in the form of an (IT-close) study definitely helps; however, we do not assume. With an IT-related training (e.g. a specialist informatics), you come very well into matter. Your leadership experience makes your entry into this guide roll particularly easy.
