2nd Level Support (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • 2nd level support for all IT systems and the telephone system as well as hard and software-based consulting • Installation and support of clients • Ensuring systems and troubleshooting • independent analysis and processing of requests from the specialist departments. • Ensuring all digital data. • Cooperation with internal and external project participants

Your qualifications: • Successfully completed training as a specialist informant or comparable Qualifications • Dealing with the MS Office product family • First experience in IT support • Further MS-Office knowledge • Embossed communication skills in word and writing
