Senior Project Manager Fleet Management Rollout (m/f/d)

Our new digital service in the field of fleet management for military systems is currently being rolled out to the first international customers. The Defence & Security division is particularly committed to the armed forces and a recognised technical service provider at national and international level in the design of solutions, the monitoring of analysis, development and implementation projects and the provision of services.

Planning, structuring, control and management of highly complex deployment projects for digital solutions in the field of maintenance of military weapons systems Instruction and professional management of the employees assigned to the projects:inside as well as external subcontractors Complete project planning, control and monitoring with consistent adherence to time-cost diversity, creation of project-specific process engineering specifications Responsibility of contractual performance taking into account the budget and active control of performance changes Ensuring smooth internal and external information flow and ensuring customer satisfaction Care and development of close contacts with all stakeholders, introduction of new impulses to the department, and significant participation in the creation of the offer Support for sales in the acquisition of new development projects and takeover of supply management as needed Development and implementation of long-term product strategies within the framework of the projects responsible in coordination with business development and sales, execution of customer acceptances

Complete university studies in the field of natural, engineering or economics or comparable Reliable experience in project management with focus on IT projects or roll-outs, ideally in the international environment Applicable certifications (IPMA, PRINCE2, PMI, ITIL, CMMI, V-model XT, SCRUM), ideally combined with intensive practical application Multiannual experience in fleet management of military systems would be ideal Sovereign handling of the voltage field Time-Cost-Quality as part of the project management Structured and integrated working style and high self-motivation for successful project implementation in the planned framework Enthusiasm for digital innovations in the context of use of military systems, pioneering spirit and willing to implement new topics as well as strong customer orientation Negotiating knowledge of English and safe occurrence in the national and international project environment
