In this position, you are Sparring Partner of Senior VP Marketing and Digital and work closely with it on strategic and operational projects They work across functions with a wide range of stakeholders (e.g. Group Management Board, Executive VPs, Executive Assistants), solve blockades and ensure the implementation of strategic international projects/subprojects In the Marketing & Digital Team, your responsibilities include extensive analyses and deriving recommendations for business area planning based on corporate strategy and business strategies Together with the Senior VP Marketing and Digital and its Directs, you develop an area strategy and implement end-to-end with OKRs They take over the leadership of strategic marketing and digital key projects or support their implementation You create presentations and decision templates for Marketing & Digital bodies - e.g. Management Board, Executive Business Board or Advisory Board The preparation and follow-up of international internal and external meetings and events as well as their moderation complete the task profile

Successfully completed master's degree in an economic or scientific discipline - a further qualification (MBA or PhD) is advantageous Multiannual relevant professional experience in one of the following fields: Strategic Marketing, Business Development, Project Management Feeling for complex relationships and excellent communication strength in German and English Quality-conscious, independent and analytical and solution-oriented working methods
