The medical service centers are located in Mannheim and Bruchsal. We pass on 117 callers with acute health complaints to doctor's surgeries, medical readiness services, emergency receptions or rescue services under the nationwide service number 116. This around the clock on 365 days. In addition, patients receive help in the placement of doctoral and psychotherapeutic appointments as well as information on other healthcare services. To strengthen our team 100% in the home office, we are looking for several Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Parttime (24 - 32h/week)

Service-oriented management of incoming patient talks on the phone and assessment of treatment needs based on the complaint image IT-supported documentation of all requests Targeted communication of information on the health system Communication with rescue and healthcare facilities
