Key Responsibilities and Duties: Attend and coordinate walkdowns on piping systems to confirm compliance with design Isometric and LSP (P&ID) drawings. Compile detailed punch-lists of items to be closed out. Supervise trade resources Issue weekly KPIs for review. Ensure pressure tests align with system/scope boundary requirements. Compile test packs for execution of testing scope and handover. Complete W1/W2/W3 walks with the Client to ensure timely system handover. Assist quality audits of the pipe fabrication and welding process, identify areas for improvement. Subcontractor scope alignment – ensure ducting, insulation etc. are aligned with project requirements with regard to specs and install as per LSP (P&ID)
Key Skills and Competencies: Mechanical Engineering 3rd Level Degree or National craft certification in pipefitting. Knowledge of HVAC, Piping Systems and LSPs (P&IDs) essential.
