You are undergoing a three-year training (with a degree of shortening to 2.5 years possible) twice (1 year of teaching) or 1x (from 2 years of teaching) per week visit the vocational school in Mölln Knowing the house and other departments You pass through the various items in our kitchen and take responsibility in various areas of work during your training. Whether breakfast buffet, conference breaks, a la carte service or gourmet festival, we will go on a culinary journey with you and you will learn a craft with which you can delight.
