Planning, development and implementation of emergency and restart concepts for critical IT services and systems Organisation and coordination of operational IT emergency management (incl. 7/24 in shift model) Analysis and structured reprocessing of IT interferences and high availability incidents Close cooperation with internal departments and external service providers to ensure operational capacity in the event of a crisis Implementation of emergency tests and training of relevant stakeholders Support in creating regulatory reports and audits

You have completed (university) studies in the IT field or relevant professional experience in IT emergency management Conception, coordination and organization are part of your everyday doping and you will always keep a cool head Very good knowledge of German communication in the team
