• Developing self-contained plastic packaging or the like taking into account technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness for the entire black production

• Ensuring technical and technological requirements for a sustainable and recyclable product

• Lead cross-functional project teams from idea to series production incl. Budget and time responsibility

• Conducting innovation screenings to manufacturing processes such as extrusion, injection molding, stretch blow molding and deep drawing incl. Decoration

• Introducing expert knowledge into internal processes such as purchasing, quality and material development to optimize existing processes

• Development of technical specifications and independent negotiation with suppliers and plant manufacturers

• Participation in strategic concepts and acquisition of special and additional tasks in the field of plastics technology

• completed studies in the field of plastics technology, packaging technology, process engineering or a comparable subject

• Multiannual professional experience in packaging development and/or product development focuses on plastic technology and plastic recycling

• Knowledge of project management in the production environment

• safe handling of project management software and MS Office / Google Workspace
