Fraud Management Claims Consultant (m/f/d)

VHV is a medium-sized insurer in Germany. In order to safeguard the interests of the Insured Collective and the Company, we attach great importance to the defence of fraudulent behaviour, in particular in the event of damage. In order to strengthen our team in the field of fraud management, we are looking for a dedicated employee (w/m/d), who contributes to the fight against insurance fraud in damage with analytical skill and precise judgment. Analysis: Investigation of damages on possible signs of fraud Identification: Detection and processing of suspicious claims Coordination: coordination and cooperation with experts, experts and lawyers Support: Technical support for damage colleagues in identifying suspicious damages Strategy development: Joint development of new anti-fraud strategies in the team Training: Implementation of training for damage colleagues for effective fraud prevention

Qualification: Legal training, successfully completed training as a merchant (w/m/d) for insurance and finance as well as ideally experience in an activity in the investigation service, comparable training or completed studies (e.g. Jura, BWL or similar) Professional experience: Multiannual experience in the treatment of damages, ideally in the road insurance or in the private property, liability or accident sectors, or alternatively experience in the determination of fraudulent behaviour Language knowledge: German language skills Working methods: Embossed structured, analytical and independent working methods as well as high problem-solving readiness and intercultural competence Personality: Entrepreneurial thinking, high initiative and willingness to take over responsibility
