As a specialist (w/m/d) dispatch & goods exit at MKS/Atotech, you work closely with the sales, production and the logistics and shipping team to ensure smooth and timely goods exit as well as efficient warehouse processing. Your tasks: Processing and organisation of shipment and goods exit in appointment with distribution Handling, checking and loading of vehicles and drivers in accordance with legal regulations Control of equipment and documents of drivers and vehicles Creation, maintenance, management of copying documents for relevant audits Storage of transport papers Updating of operating instructions in consultation with Manager Log & Ship Controls of hazardous goods handling and correct safe loading after hazardous goods law Account management for loan containers and pallets Booking of goods and exits Stock management of finished products Driving forklifts, and industrial vehicles Reserves Stock control for the procurement of consumables via the ARIBA platform for the warehouse Deputy Air Freight Officer with Reliability Review under Air Safety Act (LuftSIG ) § 7 Representation for the creation of shipping documents for Berlin and Trebur

Most possible a completed 2-year training as a warehouse player or similar, possibly alternative experience in warehouse and logistics First experience in warehouse logistics and shipping At least B2 Knowledge of German in Word and Writing Good understanding and adaptability to changing requirements Required skills: SAP knowledge of advantage, ideally SAP WM Knowledge of the right to travel / right of danger
