Management and coordination of the facility Handling of daily office life Internal and external representation of the institution as well as active communication to employees: women, relatives, doctors: women, health insurance, home supervision and external service providers Participation and monitoring of employment and economic plans Ensuring and optimising quality-proofing measures Resident and recording management as well as corresponding occupancy management Extraction, management and binding of employees:in consideration of their interests, strengths and weaknesses

Qualification for the management of the institution in accordance with applicable regulations Embossed team skills, high motivation and strong commitment complete your profile Multiannual professional and management experience of advantage Socially motivated occurrence and leadership and organisational competence Sales and service orientation, communication strength Competent and respectful appearance in dealing with residents: inside, employees: inside, family and doctor: inside
