Your tasks include the analysis, evaluation and commentary of the monthly earnings development and the implementation of meaningful deviation analyses. Based on your findings, you will guide concrete action recommendations and actively participate in measures to improve the results. In addition, you support budget, forecast and investment processes and support the development of modern control and reporting instruments. As a central interface between finance, management and operational departments, you create meaningful reports, presentations and decision templates for the management. In addition, you support the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and take over tasks in the field of liquidity planning, working capital control and commercial process security. The audit and release of invoices and travel costs is also part of your versatile responsibility. In addition to operating day-to-day business, you actively engage in cross-departmental projects and drive forward the further development of controlling processes, system landscapes and digital finance structures. You work closely with different business areas and design modern commercial processes with a high degree of self-responsibility and design space.

You have a degree in business management with a focus on finance, controlling or a comparable orientation. Through your multi-year experience in controlling an internationally oriented industrial or production company, you have a strong understanding of economic relationships, operational processes and strategic corporate management. You understand how to translate financial key figures into concrete recommendations for action and thus actively contribute to sustainable business development. First knowledge of contract law as well as a basic understanding of commercial and legal relationships are of advantage and help you to fully evaluate and operate business decisions. In addition to an analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working, you can convince by communication strength, team capacity and a safe occurrence in exchange with different stakeholders. Knowledge of ERP systems as well as a routined handling of modern Office-365 applications complete your profile as well as very good knowledge of German and English.
