You will also plan the personnel use in the field of school assistance and assist in coordinating new case requests You accompany the introduction of new employees professionally and learn to convey knowledge in a comprehensible and practical way Together with the team management, you conduct case consultations, conflict discussions and regular employee talks You perform tasks in the preparation and organization of team meetings, commissions and help plan discussions You develop your social skills and actively contribute to a secure, value-adding team climate

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You are interested in educational and organizational tasks You like to work in the team Your strengths include empathy, communication skills and structured working You also stay calm in stressful situations and find pragmatic solutions Dealing with MS Office applications like Word, Excel and Outlook is familiar to you or you are ready to work on you quickly You are happy to take responsibility and develop yourself professionally and personally Career prospects: After a successful degree of study, the option exists to work at our site; for example in a leading role in the field of school assistance.
