Energy Manager (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated energy manager or a dedicated energy manager that drives the implementation and continuous improvement of our energy management system (EnMS) according to the requirements of DIN ISO 50001, DIN ISO 24001 or EMAS. The activity includes the locations Bad Neustadt, Bad Berka and Frankfurt (Oder), but the work site is located in Bad Neustadt You take on the introduction of an IT-assisted energy management system to sustainably increase energy efficiency in our properties Your tasks include the collection, analysis and evaluation of energy and water consumption data in all relevant areas. Thus, you continuously optimize energy consumption and assist in the planning, coordination and implementation of energy management measures. The monitoring and measurement of the effectiveness of the implemented energy efficiency measures is your responsibility. You advise the users of our buildings through targeted information and help them implement energy saving measures with practical support. The creation of energy reports as well as the development of long-term energy targets and short-term action plans for the efficient use of resources are also included in your task You plan, prepare and accompany both internal and external energy management audits and create awareness about energy management in our company through training and awareness-raising. You work closely with various departments to successfully implement energy efficiency measures In addition, you support the maintenance team in projects with your know-how in terms of electrical systems, refrigeration and heating systems to ensure a smooth running
