Project “Digital Social Economy” (8 hours/week) from September 2026 Are you interested in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Strategies and Innovative Works? Do you want to actively shape the digital transformation in the social economy? Then become part of our project “Digital Social Economy” and support us in recognizing digital potentials, testing AI applications and accompanying member organisations on their digital path. Your tasks: Digitalization Support in the implementation and evaluation of Digital Readiness Checks in member organisations Processing and analysis of results on the digital maturity of organisations Participation in the development of action recommendations and digital strategies Test and develop AI applications Support in evaluating and comparing different AI solutions Documentation of test results and practical experience Search for the possibilities of use of AI in the social economy Working in preparing and structuring content for training the selected AI application Accompanying training and events Support in the planning, organisation and implementation of training courses on AI Preparation and preparation of presentations, information and training documents Support for workshops, network events and exchange formats for member organisations Project work and communication Documentation of project results and work steps Support for internal and external communication on digitalization and AI General organisational support of the project team That's what you bring: Current studies, e.g. in the fields of social management, social sciences, economics, administrative sciences, (economic) informatics, communication sciences or a comparable degree programme Interest in digitalization, digital transformation and artificial intelligence Joy in getting to know and try new digital tools and technologies Independent, structured and reliable operation Good written and oral communication skills Safe handling of common Microsoft-365 applications That would be beneficial, but is not a must First experiences with AI applications (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or comparable tools) Interest in the topics of social economy, welfare associations or non-profit organisations First experience in organizing events, workshops or projects That's what you expect: An exciting and forward-looking project at the interface of social economy, digitalization and AI The ability to actively test and develop modern AI applications Self-responsible work with space for ideas and co-design Flexible working hours that can be easily agreed with your studies A dedicated team and insights into the digital transformation of social organizations Remuneration based on the TV-L Group 7 You want to shape the digital future of the social economy with us?
