Your future, your job:

You carry out mechanical maintenance, maintenance and repair work on the plants of direct reduction Analyze mechanical disorders, limit error sources and sustainably correct them You assemble, dismantle, adjust, and repair assemblies, aggregates and conveyors professionally With planned plant shutdowns, revisions as well as optimization and reconstruction work, you actively participate You document your work carefully and give feedback to the maintenance manager You consistently adhere to all applicable safety, environmental and quality regulations Your participation in the standby service is an indispensable part of your tasks

Strengths that characterize you:

Complete vocational training as an industrial mechanic, locksmith or comparable qualification You bring professional experience in mechanical maintenance - ideally in the steel industry or in plant engineering Knowledge in handling large industrial plants such as conveying technology, pumps, valves, blowers or transmissions In the best case, computer skills such as MS Office 365 Willingness to receive assistance (usually a week a month) Flexibility, especially in case of malfunctions or planned plant revisions. Interest in technical installations and their functioning, as well as the curiosity to continuously acquire new knowledge Safety-conscious, reliable operation Independent, structured and solution-oriented trade
