Technical cooperation and further development of training and cooperation on selected topics of trainee support Analysis, surveying and further development of existing concepts, processes and formats related to training, new generation and development Development, testing and implementation of new ideas and topics (e.g. learning formats, target audience address, internal processes, cooperation with specialist areas) Planning, organisation and implementation of different formats and measures (e.g. recruiting activities, workshops, events, training) Acquisition of operational and administrative tasks in the field of training and close cooperation with training managers, HR, departments and other interfaces

Education or studies with a focus on staff (BWL, Psychology, Education, etc.) Detailed experience in training, recruitment, HR environment or project-oriented roles Embossed conceptual and analytical skills as well as joy in rethinking and developing topics High organisational competence and willingness to take over operational and administrative tasks in addition to conceptual tasks Communication strength, initiative and openness for new ideas, working methods and changes
