As No. 1 in German high and engineering construction, ZÜBLIN offers a comprehensive range of services and develops tailor-made solutions for construction projects of all kinds and sizes in Germany and abroad. Your tasks include: Staff deployment planning, guidance and coordination of the construction site team Cost-optimal and timely procurement of the required equipment, machinery and materials in compliance with the corporate guidelines Ensuring contractual documentation (especially VOB/B) and targeted correspondence Leadership of project meetings with builders, entrepreneurs and suppliers Building and construction site results control Date, cost and quality monitoring

What do you bring for this versatile position? A completed study in civil engineering or comparable technical training First professional experience in a comparable position desirable Good understanding of construction and construction You will be happy to share your experiences in Lean Construction Good user knowledge in MS Office as well as in a costing and billing program (preferably iTWO) Teamability, negotiation skills and enforcement skills, as well as a pronounced independent, committed and entrepreneurial way of working
