Professional and disciplinary management of workshop and service technicians Responsibility for the process in the field Demand-oriented and quality-oriented implementation of personnel and technology Order intake incl. first diagnosis, order calculation and vehicle transfer Coordination of maintenance, service operations and repairs clarification of technical concerns and processing of customer requests Technical processing of spare parts requests Implementation of departmental targets and targets and regular reporting Head of Department Service

Successfully completed studies in the technical field or completed vocational training with comparable qualifications (master/ technician) Multiannual professional experience in service and first leadership experience desirable Safe knowledge of English in word and writing Impressed communication skills and high level of social competence readiness to travel, national and international
