Support of the Insurance department in the daily business Takeover of all administrative activities Written and telephone correspondence Individually responsible processing of incoming damages using the processing software Registration of damages at the insurer Coordination and communication with insurers Function as an interface between customers, transport companies and internal forwarding departments
